Locky originally a old raver from back in the early 90s who fell in love with dance & house music from the start of the era
Was always a frequent goer to the main stream clubs & raves in the early part of the dance scene . His passion for music never left him and he purchased a new set of decks for a treat to himself in 2015 where he self taught himself to play.
Was a presenter on GCR for a while & his first gig was at radisson red sky bar Glasgow where he initially was only meant to play for an hour but ended up doing the whole pre party himself in front of the legendary Danny Rampling & Terry Farley to name but a few.
Locky was also a frequent dj in Derby lane Glasgow where he started his love affair for his kulture brand playing in funky bars & courtyards alongside some clubs & bringing in new djs to the scene while having the current djs on his list & asking the ones who used to do the scene to come back & be part of kulture events with the likes of Illyus & barrientos Gordon harry miller & Kris Keegan and no other than merely (Angela Gilmour) herself on his bill.
Locky has currently run two charity kulture events one for the Beatson where him & late Derek Baird helped raise over £2500 for charity.
